Forgive the weird title, I can't really think of any other way to depict what I've been feeling lately. I'll try to describe it in more detail. It's the same feeling you get when you wake up after too much sleep, and you try to squeeze your hands into a fist. You can simulate this feeling by having someone other than yourself hold a finger a few centimeters from your nose. It's not numbness, or physical irritation, but it's definitely there. My theory is that it's just your brain trying to bring attention to a body part, making you hyper aware of how it is currently feeling. (Man, I hope this makes sense...) The examples I've listed aren't a huge deal because for the most part, they're pretty avoidable.

However, in my last few WILD attempts, I've been getting an onset of this sensation starting in my left hand, and eventually shooting up my entire arm. My WILDs start normal, I close my eyes and count, start to see some HI, light SP tingling, internalize, get a wave of heavier SP, and start to see and hear HH. After about what I assume to be four or five minutes, though, I'll get bizarre super intense ghost limb sensation in my left hand, and it'll bring me right back to my body awareness. I've tried to just focus harder, but it seems to come back stronger and stronger in waves, and is pretty in-ignorable. I also find in situations like these, if you're trying to fight something your body's doing, it only makes things worse.

So what's a guy to do? I've never heard mention of anyone else having this feeling before, so I'm forced to think that it's probably just some sort of personal mental road block, but it's such a strong sensation that I don't know where to begin combating it. It only ever happens to me during Mind Awake, Body Asleep situations, so it's not there at all when I try to fall asleep normally. Has anyone else had this sort of problem before?
