It was about 4:15 PM today, and i decided to try and WILD.
I layed down thinking about having a Lucid Dream!
I had just watched Vanilla Sky, so i was quite inspired.

I started my playlist of Isochronic sounds, and stayed there without moving a muscle, trying to relax.
At the first 30min i wasnt too succesful.. but at certain time my legs started to feel relaxed, and i couldnt fell them anymore.

At this point, i was so relaxed, that i felt like my legs were flying away, or someone was taking off the cover (im not so good at english, when i say cover, i mean the thing we let on us to sleep, to make us warm HAHAHA).

I had this feeling a lot of times, but never passed the legs.
Than i started to imagine that someone was taking off the cover of all my body!

At this time, i couldnt hear much, and i could hear my heart beats. and it was VEERY fast.
All my body was pretty relaxed, but i was not in Sleep Paralysis, cuz i knew i could just leave the bed when i wanted.

But i was so afraid of having an heart attack that i interrupted the whole process!
My question is:
-Was it an ALMOST SP?
-If i continue with this process, i will enter a LD? Even not doing it at night?
-Could i've died of HeartAttack? HAHAHA

Just another observation:
I tried a technique, i never heard of.
I imagine someone touching any part of my body, and this part of my body, started getting relaxed.
I could feel my lips getting relaxed, if i imagined someone kissing me
Any of guys ever heard about that? And this helps when getting a WILD?
