Alrighty. I have little to no experience with WILDing, and the last time I even felt SP was over a month ago. Please forgive the N00bishness of the question.
So I had a nasty, nasty, headache. Not quite a migraine (Thank god I don't get those often) but it was still bad. I decided to lay down and watch a movie, so that I did. I watched the movie for a while, and then I crossed my arms, and closed my eyes to think about something for a second. I ended up getting lost in my thoughts (and boy do I get lost. I remember closing my eyes to think once, and getting lost in my thoughts, opening my eyes and seeing I had spent 10 minutes just thinkin'), and when I came back to being aware I was watching a movie, I didn't move, I was feeling a very curious sensation in my feet and hands. I payed attention to this a while longer and I got to the point where I couldn't feel my legs or Arms. I watched this for a while longer, as the numbness crept up my body, until I felt like I was floating. Nothing on my body could I feel, and I had completely forgotten about the headache. At this point I realize "Wait, I'm watching a movie, can I still hear it" and try to listen for the movie. I hear it, but its distorted, and, if sound can be, out of focus. At the time I didn't realize that this could have been sleep paralysis (Yeah. Stupid sounding I know), and didn't try to WILD. My question is, This could have been a unique form of SP right? And if so, i could have wilded correct?
