Most of the time when I reach Sleep Paralysis, my spine tingles a lot and it make me wake up or move because it is so ticklish. What can i do about this? |

hi hockey 833, can sort of understand why you would l.d. a ww11 experience it was a terrible war, which could obviously seem quite exciting, the first ww was actually more gory because the fighting was closer and the technology less advanced, iwould stick to the rest of your goals, pandora sounds nice, iwould focus on that one, war is nasty, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth |

hmm, I think you just have to ride it out. However, one thing does come to mind. Hallucinations in SP work on your level of fear, etc.... If you were to think of some good thoughts, you could possibly turn the tingling feeling into something enjoyable, but, it takes work and you have to be relaxed |
