      Stupid twitching!!!

I keep having this uncontrolable twitch, on any part of my body, EVERY SINGLE time I try to WILD. Its frustrating because it's either a tightening of a muscle or my whole back moving slightly, I think it might be getting in the way of my WILDing, anybody have any suggestions or solutions?

      Thanks

Your muscles get quiet tight while you sleep, your twitch could be your muscles trying to stretch out. I'll bet if you stretch a little bit before you try and WILD, it will go away.

Thank you It worked to some extent (and plus I do this during afternoon naps too), but it seems like whenever I start to drift the twitches stop for a bit then come back. I am really sorry if I am a burden, I just am fascinated with WILD. I just have a lot of questions on my mind about it. I will give you details about the twitches as much I can, My will shift itself slightly to the right and back every once and a while, while my legs are my biggest problem, they constantly tighten and will occasionaly cause my feet to jerk as well. My arms aren't as big of a problem but they do tighten more than my legs. I also do stretch before I try WILDing. And if you don't mind could I ask a couple more questions about it too?

Perhaps there is something in your system that is making you restless. Drink a lot of caffeine? That would certainly do it. My suggestion is to take some sort of sleeping pill when you try to WILD. That's usually not a good idea because it makes you go into too deep of a sleep, but if you're twitching then you might need it. Melatonin is more natural and you can get it in the vitamin section of any supermarket / pharmacy. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is a little more effective, it's the active ingredient in most sleeping pills, but that might take you too deep.

      Exclamation

I have a similar probleme, while it seems that you get a certain muscle group twitch over and over again,my probleme is that I get random muscle twitches in most parts of body, usually smaller muscle groups my best guess was that it was due to me overworking myself doing hill sprints and weight lifting latley. but ive been on break and sick 2 days yet the twitches continue to attack me I made my thread about it if u wud like to vist . Justa note, people on the internet diagonsed someone with the same thing almost with stress causing twitching.

Dose it happen to you when just stay still sometimes and r not not lying down trying to wild?

I don't know, and also, it's kind of a certain area but it seems like every time I focus on stopping that area from twitching a different part of my body twitches.
