The closest i become to lucidty(NEED HELP) and how iv done i

Alright pepoles, i am having trouble becoming lucid. Iv read all the tricks and know alot of tips but i cant seem to induce it(TIPS wanted). Perhaps the clostest thing to inducing a recuring dream for me is pretending i'm Clark Kent from Smallvill before i go to bed i know how lame

When i do this, i dream im Clark Clent doing things with his powers here and there. But i cant manage to ask my self, Is this really possible? Iv been practising reallity testeing for a week or more now, and i cant lodge it in my brain. Any words of encouregement or TIPS. And is my brain defective.

The first time and olny time i rember lucid dreaming, was when i got some dates mixed up. What happend was i was looking forward to going somewhere right before i went to bed, but it was in 2 days. But in my dream i was at the place. I then rembered it was 2 days away and wondered what i was doing hear. Did a few backflips without using my hands and not touching the ground. I then did what every1 does i started flying just because i could. I started to get bored and pondered what i should do next. So i all of a sudden i found it, i snapped my fingers and i was aboard the Enterprise. YES from Startek, i was the captin and my crew was unique, some from kirks time and some from picards. The rest of my dreams history because im getting tired of typing.

      Wild

Yes try WILD if you can effectively learn it, it is the best way to induce lucid dreams. IMO

Can the WILD technique cause sleep paralysis...and if not, what causes it?

      What causes sleep paralysis?

REM sleep, which happens everynight causes sleep paralysis, Because that way you dont act out your dream, But really WILD it becomes more of an issue cause you can feel yourself falling asleep.

Sometimes when you wake up your Body can still be paralyzed, its kinda freaky. but it doesn't happen often.

Hope that explains things for you
