energy drinks all have b6 in them.. so do energy bars. You need alot to affect dreaming.. I doubt you'll notice much of a change below 50mg. And you won't get 50mg from any food. Most multivitamins contain about 1.5mg.. and most b-complex vitamins contain somewhere between 6 and 12mg. Supplements either come in 50mg or 100mg (from what i've seen). |
