      Question FILD: How does it feel?

      Hi, I was wondering how does a FILD feels like, I mean, the transition.

      It is like a WILD and the finger movement works as an anchor, or it is more like a DILD where you realize you're dreaming due to the nose reality check?

      It could be either, but it is an anchor. You are trying to stay aware and focused on dreaming for as long as possible. Hopefully it becomes a WILD but it can still increase your chances of having a DILD if you do end up losing focus and losing consciousness a bit during the transition.
