      Mapping out REM...

If someone could re-direct me to the tutorial or just tell me here, that would be great. But I'm looking for the technique where you wake up a few times a night directly after REM so you can remember your dreams and instantly improve recall. How do I know when I start and finish REM and how do I know when to set the clock?

You enter REM sleep roughly in 90 minute intervals. Anywhere on this site and anyone one this forum will just tell you set your alarm to go off in 90 minute intervals. Sorry i can't actually find the link to the place where it discusses this. Maybe someone else will direct you.
