Hi Hovan, Welcome to the club! have you done any Lucid Dreaming?
You should try and use the zombies as a dreamsign. If you can become Lucid
durring this dream, There are many things you can do to over come it.
I am pretty much an expert at facing nightmares in Lucid dreams.

I would be happy to help you out with this. I actualy really Like zombie dreams.
call me odd, but sometimes I will watch a zombie movie just to try and induce one.

The best way to over come a nightmare is to lose your fear of it.
This can be done easy if you become lucid durring it.

i have been lucid with other dreams but not this one, i have tried, sometimes when i wake up after it briefly, then i go right back into the dream but dont become lucid. i have the craziest dreams, i have killed friends in my dreams also. 1 time i thought i really did kill him when i woke up the next day. im not sure how to make a dream lucid

Since you seem to have this Zombie dream a lot, it should not be to hard to train
yourself to become Lucid durring it. Through out your day, keep telling yourself,
that you will notice that you are dreaming, the next time you see a zombie.
Or the next time you find yourself in danger. And keep looking for zombie's
all day.

I always become Lucid, when I am in a situation where I am about to be killed,
Or when I am very afraid. It is always a great relief, My terror instantly becomes
Joy! Once you realize that you are dreaming, and you know for a fact that nothing can harm you.
The nightmare lose's all of its power. If you can learn to become Lucid durring this
zombie dream, you can change it from something to fear, into something you want to happen.
You can turn it into the best adventure ever!

The first thing you should do, is find a copy of Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming
by Stephen Laberge & Howard Rheingold. You can get one, probably on just about any
online book store. Or maybe a store near you has one in stock. It will tell you everything
you need to know, on how to become Lucid. There is also lots of information on Dream views!
Read through all of the tutorials.

And there are lots of experienced Lucid dreamers here that can give advise.
Im sure there is somebody here that can help you with interpretation as well.
That's something Im not good with.

Once you learn to become Lucid durring this dream, I can give you some Idea's on
how to face the bad guy's. (I know a few tricks)
One of the first thing's I learned how to do, is to make my dream body as insubstantial
as air. So that anything attacking me, will just pass right through my body.
You can just walk right on by, and laugh at they're attempt's to harm you.
But even if they tear you apart, there is still no harm done to you. you are safe in bed sleeping!
You have to stay aware of this fact! I have faced so many nightmare's, that most of the time
now, I will just turn my attention away from it, and focus on what ever my next goal is
for my next Lucid dream. The nightmare just falls away when I do that.

Experimenting with trying to destroy your dream body, is a good way to gain confidence,
and keep you from being afraid. ( I do that a lot)

I tend to do a lot of stepping out in front of cars on freeways. Im not sure why,
it's just kind of fun.

I'm still in the learning stages of dream interpretation, but here is my very basic take on the meaning of the dream (rather than a possible solution).

We all know that zombies are the risen dead. Could it be possible that zombies represent something from your past coming back to get/haunt you?

You able to fend them off for a good while, but their break in is inevitable. You can keep putting off these feelings/problems from your past, but eventually you know they will break through you. It's inevitable.

In due time, you come out of your shelter leaving yourself vulnerable to the zombies. You run as hard as you can, but they eventually catch up to you and tear you apart. This could be the fact that eventually you know these zombies are going to keep coming, so you try to run from them. Finally, they catch up to you and...

zombies are very regular in my dreams and they meen evil it is just a nightmare it doesn't have to have a meaning.
or it could be precognitive or something and zombies are on there way (but that is not very likly) if you want to stop it then play video games where you kill zombies left and right. dead rising is a good choise because it is not scary at all it takes a light aproch and if you can get the mind set that the zombies could not get to you when you are behind a counter then you will be fine. good luck
