That's not uncommon. Pretty much every time I'm lucid everything will just go black and (after realizing it before) know that I'm about to wake up.
First off, just relax. Try not to get excited or upset that you're waking up, but just breathe slowly. Then focus on how your dream body feels as opposed to your prone sleeping body. I've found that rubbing my hands together has helped a lot in focusing on staying in the dream. It can also be used to create lucidity. I haven't experienced much of a loss of hearing, but knowing that it could happen, just relax and wait for it to pass. You'll be able to see and hear again after a short time.
Also, continue to remind yourself that you're dreaming. In the past I've had a tendency to forget that I'm dreaming in my attempt to keep myself from waking up. It can be kind of frustrating, but with practice I think that it won't be as much of a problem.
I hoped this helped.
