hello everyone, |

Welcome jakub! |

I am a leaf on the wind... watch how I soar!
You might want to try a WILD technique... I am really not that experienced, I'm just learning myself. But from what I've heard, WILDs are often quite a bit more vivid. |

This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang, but a whimper.

hey thanks for the help guys. I have read up on spinning in your dream before but I thought that was to clear the dreamscape so u can create your own imagery, start with a blank canvas? As for the WILD technique hmm... with my 2nd lucid dream which happened this morning i woke up at around 8:00am had some breakfast and watched some telly then after an hour did some reality checks and went back to bed. I found this really helped to induce a lucid dream and maybe similar to the WILD method. |

Well, there are certain drugs and things that people say make dreams much more vivid, but that's not really necessary. In terms of a vivid LD< I think that WILDs are naturally mroe vivid, as you're going straight into the dream with a much more 'conscious' mind, rather than a 'subdued' one... |

Very simple and effective way.....If you think of it... |

.......Then I think of my youth and of my first love-when the longing of desire was strong. Now I long only for my first longing. What is youth? A dream. What is love? The substance of a dream.
I just learned a technique that keeps you from waking up, but it also greatly increases the vividness of a dream |

I hope I covered it all... |

Hi man this is my first time posting a comment. I just so happen to have been doing this for a number of years and without sounding vain I do know a thing or two about it. the best method for increasing vividness of a lucid dream is to become immersed in it. Focus more on the smell of things and what you can hear, taste and the feel of the nearest object. These things cause your brain to get more into the dream and believe its more real. so things like clap and listen to the sound. Just take a deep breath in through your nose and see what you can smell. you'll find colour and life start to pump into the dream and you can do a lot more things. remember the key to doing something is to expect it to be done. |

I completely agree with Raylin. i think being able to recall dreams will help with the vividness of the lucid dream. My dreams used to be reasonably vivid, but when i got into lucid dreaming for some reason my dreams are now all so vivid, sometimes in the day i'll wonder if what i dreamed actually happened in real life. And 3 of the lucid dreams i had recently were all amazingly real, it was madness. The mind really is something else. Also, although i've heard a lot about the spinning technique and rubbing hands for clarity and stabilizing the dream, it didnt work for me, it actually made my lucid dream fade away and i woke up |
