    Tragic Love

by BlueHalcyon on 02-26-2013 at 05:15 PM
Alright, this is one of my longest dreams, although it was kinda hazy and not much happened. Pretty sad, too. I was feeling kinda down for the whole morning.

    Lucid?: Nah.

Time Period: Late Medieval - Victorian.

    Percieved Length: About two days.

I think I should start with some backstory. In this dream, whoever I was, I belonged to a group of mercenaries. I don't know what we were called, but we wore blue clothing so I have named this group the 'Bluecoats'. This is actually pretty irrelevent and doesn't really play a large role in the dream.
I was in love with a DC, who was the daughter of a rich nobleman.

Alright, so the dream began with me and 'my love' (don't even know her name) sitting in a garden. We were talking, and eventually she invited me to meet her father. I told her that this was not likely going to go down well, me being a 'mercenary'. She said it would be fine.

The next day, I arrived at her house/manor/castle/estate, I don't really remember. We had dinner and her father seemed alright. I remember giving her a red rose at some point.

Some time during the evening, she wandered off on her own. I went looking for her. She was standing on the balcony overlooking the main entrance. She closed her eyes, and fell, with the rose still in her hand. I don't know why. All I remember after that was her father kneeling over her corpse, staring at me in disbelief.

    Final Verdict:
    Goddamnit.

    Dream Gallery - 'Lights'

by BlueHalcyon on 02-25-2013 at 11:12 PM
So, occasionally, when I'm bored, I might post some pictures of my dreams that have been drawn on my iPad (rather crudely).
Hopefully the quality of the pictures will get better over time

This painting is from a dream I had a couple years back which was not recorded on this site.

    Sandstorm

by BlueHalcyon on 02-19-2013 at 10:27 PM
    Technique: SSILD.

    Lucid?: Nope.

I was sitting near a pool, at a hotel on a tropical island. Sitting next to me was someone who I can only describe as an old man that looked very much like Lord Commander Mormont from Game of Thrones. (http://www.rpforum.de/wordpress/wp-c...rmont-1024.jpg)

Then we were hit by a sandstorm. Everyone began to panic. A man who I can only describe as looking very much like Goldmember from Austin Powers , tried to help us to safety. (http://timeswampland.files.wordpress...photos_232.jpg)

He told us to follow him. He started jumping across rooftops, and I followed. He led us into a bar. It had several pool tables. There was a girl standing next to one, looking very scared.

Then out of nowhere, the old man slammed her head down onto the table. The other guy picked up a pool cue, ready to fight me.

That's all I remember. Pretty wierd stuff

    The Red Realm

by BlueHalcyon on 02-18-2013 at 11:28 PM
Alright, here's my first dream that I will be recording on this website.

    Technique: SSILD

    Lucid?: Well, kinda...

The dream began with me falling down through some sort of portal. It was blue and I could see a bright white light at the end of it. It seemed to last for a while and it was very exhilarating. I don't remember exactly how I transitioned to the next part of the dream.

I then found myself in a place that I have very creatively dubbed
'The Red Realm', because it was all, well, red.
The landscape was desolate and ruined. There were ruins of castles and villages scattered around the place. The only signs of life were various red medieval style tents erected here and there.

The only DC I encountered seemed to be a native of the realm. She looked like some sort of demon, almost like a succubus. However, me in my infinite bloody wisdom and experience decided not to try to converse with her.

I don't really know what else to say as it was a pretty short dream, but it was still cool nontheless. I shall try to re-enter the realm the next time I dream,
Perhaps by travelling/falling through the portal again. Hopefully.
