      HI, so I had my very first SP last night, I didn't know much of sp before last night. It was the most scariest experience of my life. I had 5 episodes in one night, after the first one when closing my eyes I could almost feel the next one coming on. It wouldn't stop and kept happening through out the night. By the 5th one I wasn't as scared as it was 3am and I was getting sick of it! I am a lucid dreamer and have been able to control my dreams for a few years now but never thought anything of it. Does anyone else experience this.
