Alteration of ones sleep schedule to purposely throw off the Circadian rhythm
and produce a larger than average REM rebound.
It requires a week of adjustment period followed by waking up early on alternating days.
What this can also mean is that if you were used to doing Reality Checks
at a certain time, then one day you suddenly started sleeping at that time, if you were to be in a dream at that particular time, you will have a higher chance of doing a Reality Check in the dream.
This technique was pioneered by Daniel Love in 2004, making it one of the newest techniques. He did research in the UK and found that this technique could produce up to four lucid dreams every week.
