Like I said, that's my favorite brush. I like how you smooshed a bunch of them in the center, creating a solid color that sort of erupts into the leaves. It's a great effect, actually. I hope you don't mind if I rip off that technique sometime. I didn't want to say much because my opinion is kind of biased to begin with. I'm naturally an earthy person (I'm an earth sign), and I love leaves (ivy is my favorite plant and if I could, my room would be drowning in it). So I naturally gravitate toward more earthy artwork and clothing and such. This included. If I had to make a criticism, I would have to say that I prefer the black leaves with the white negative space to the first version. To me, it just brings out the transparency of the leaves, and also makes the word "Lucid" stand out more vividly (by the way, nice choice of font). Anyway, that was my little creative critique moment. I'm going to bed now before I complete my transformation into a zombie. But yes, I think you did a great job. It's simple, but very effective.

I was just thinking, if we did use that or another design like it to be the WP then wouldn't it take a bit longer to load every page of the site, for those of us who suffer from the DIALUP disease...*cough*ice*cough*

hey, i like them, but i don't know what to do with them? i mean, they won't show through the tables that comprise the forum; thus, well, we'd only see the black (or white, depending on which we went with) surrounding the tables.
