      Art Website

Please check out my art website. A lot of my work is based on dreams I have had. Tell me what you think about it, I appreciate it.

You have some excellent work there! I like how you work in black and white. I like working in black and white.
Today i have picked up pencil and paper for the first time in five years.
And i'm enjoying myself! Like you, i am drawing something i dreamed about.
Only problem is, there was a man in my dream, and i am CRAP at drawing people by hand, and keeping the perspective. Any tips?

I love your work. It's psychadelically delicious, and rich. If you already haven't you should read some Carlos Casteneda.

      Wow.
Yeah, absolutely gorgeous and nuts. Some of them remind me of Steadman art à la Fear and Loathing. Though, I guess it's silly to assume such art is total drug reference. heh.

WOW. I loove it. It reminds me of how the Aboriginals used to depict thier "Dream Time" in art. The dream time was a different state of consciousness that was reached to contact spirits of their ancestors and the "Creator of the World". This Dream Time was extremely important to the Aboriginals because when they needed guidance on either their personal problems or communal problems at large, they could talk to their forbears and gain their art with color dots and stripes as a way to visualize the Dream Time. These color dotsand strips are now known as hypnogogic imagery. Isn't it amazing how much you have in commen with Lucid Dreamer Artists from 40,000 years ago!?

Thanks for the compliments! and Irishcream, I really don't know how to draw people realistically all that well either. I'm glad you all like my work.

Yeah man, it's brilliant. I love your landscape drawings with all the crazy perspectives... it really all reminds me of shroom trips... I take it you've explored their realms a decent amount?
