Really? It dun look anything like FF to me... but thanks! ^__^

I can't see the FF connection, but I do like the art. How do black, purple and yellow go together so well? It's mind boggling.

I guess it's really just the way her hair looks and the type of colors you used...or something...

Cause purple and yellow are complimentary colours. Same with indigo and orange, and red and blue.

@ slayer: Ooo, ok.

EDIT: If you look at a certain colour for awhile. And then close your eyes, look at a blank white page, you should see it's complimentary colour. I think that's how it went... *thinks back to art class in college* x.x;

How did you develop your style? Did you just always have it, was it a conscious decision, or did you develop it as you progressed in your art? (I'm curious because while I enjoy art, I feel like I don't have any real style and I'm not sure if one can be acquired)

Developed it as I progressed. At first I just copied anime pics, so it wasn't my style. That was for about... *thinks* 6 years? Long time...

Then I took an art course in college for two years. It forced me to expand onto realistic drawings. And I quite liked it. And so, I combined both anime and realistic together. Hence the plumb features of the faces and anime like body and outlines.

Geez Tami I remember you showing some of your drawings way back when. But they still all look so amazing so does your new stuff. Keep up the good you have a really good talent.
