Thread: Lies' Birth (A semi-old poem of mine)

That this is actually a song rather than a poem. it's probably the longest song and without the bridge, chorus, and pre-chorus, it would've been the second longest poem I've ever written. So, here you go. Enjoy.

This will soon be turning into a major foreseeing complication.
There’s just no way to saying this is some new unique fascination.
I must figure out how to deal with this unexpected trawling equation.
Saying that if we added you and I together, wouldn’t be a good vindication.

My point of view is obscuring an abnormal size of extreme distortion.
Your heart and soul couldn’t fit very well into this compact proportion.
I thought I could use your weaknesses for some mischievous extortion.
I find myself slowly opening up to your expression of contortion.

I know you can see right through me.
At times it can be a little scary,
At other times it helps me see more clearly
It’s all because I know what you’re feeling.

It’s true; I know what I feel for you.
Your eyes are as deep as the ocean blue.
I know before this song is through,
I’ll admit that I’m in love with you.

Feels like I’ve been hit a line of fire filled with radiation.
I’m on my knees, begging for this to be your cruel creation.
Ready for you to say this was all your idea of imitation.
That way I can wipe clean this sick and twisted fixation.

It’s finally come down to me asking out of sheer desperation.
Why won’t this feeling go away like my very own hallucination?
Is there, any way you can conform to being my salvation?
I no longer want to be held by the restraints of this tribulation.

I’m not one to give into this kind of conceited exposure.

Took me long enough to finally admit to this absurd revelation.

You spent most of your days proving to me your undying devotion.
This is what substantially had me come to alarming erosion.
By now, I’m sure everyone can see you caused this commotion.
Within time you would finally be lead to this newfound notion.

It’s been way too hard to not fall under your wicked spell of temptation.
I don’t want this to form into my own drawn out foolish expectation.
There’s no use in denying, I can’t go on with this ridiculous protraction.
It’s about time I cave in to admit to the boundless Laws of Attraction.

Now that this song is through,
