Preferably from Brazilians, but any info is welcome!!

I really want to travel there, maybe live a year or so, but I don't want to hear generic info for an American traveller. I want hear information about Brazilian society, culture, politics, land, cities, food, language, religion, especially about the people of Brazil. (I am really interested in culture tho)
