      Find your picture.

      Filter>Render> Lens Flare

      Put the bar around 25% of maximum.

      Add.

      CTRL+ALT+S

      Save your picture there.

      Done.

      and draw some lightnings with the paintbrush in there too so it doesnt look too girly
