Tell me your work out schedule

This is how I would prefer it to look.

Sunday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Monday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Tuesday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Wednesday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Thursday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Friday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)
Saturday - (30 mins treadmill etc.)

(and then if you have added commentary you put it below that, here)

Here is so you can copy and paste:

      Sunday -
      Monday -
      Tuesday -
      Wednesday -
      Thursday -
      Friday -
      Saturday -

      Everyday: 2 mile run
Everyday: an hour of so of weight lifting

At home, sporadic push-ups and situps whenever I am bored.

Badassbob, I'd watch the creatine at your age. It can stunt your growth and shrink your balls. We still don't even know the effects on the heart.

      workout plan

i do my ab workout every night, or at least i try to.
my ab workout is 268 different types of crunches. and i do 180 of these tilt things for my obliques. and i hold the plank position for a minute or 2

monday (hip hop/company dance: 2 hours)
      wednesday (ballet: 2 hours)
      thursday (lyrical: 2 hours)

i dance pretty much every day in my basement for at least a half an hour.

I try to do a butt exercize every day, and a cardio exercize every day. Sometimes I'll run for 20-30 minutes, or ride a bike for 20-30 mins.

      Sunday - Walk dog
Monday - music night - will spend four hours bouncing around with a guitar or bass around my neck
Tuesday - recover from music night - might walk a mile or two.
Wednesday - Walk during morning break/jump rope (depends on weather, heat, etc.)
      Thursday - walk/jump rope
      Friday - walk/jump rope
Saturday - ride bicycle to and from our shop... about 14 mile round trip.

If I am not doing work requiring a lot of arm and shoulder motion, I'll spend ten minutes or so in the morning working with a stiff elastic band to keep my shoulder strength up. (I tore a rotator cuff a few years back and this is essential in keeping from re-injuring it, which will probably mean surgery if it happens again.)

Why do my posts keep dissapearing? I am sure I replied to this.

Anyway, I do about 200 sit-ups and 100 press-ups a day. Joining the gym again when I get back from my holiday next week and from then will be doing weight training Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays

Well that's just weird... if it keeps happening, let us know. Might be a restore or something happened that I'm unaware of, but the only other way it could be happening is if you are maybe hitting "preview" instead of "submit," or else somebody is deleting them, which would leave a trail that I do not see.

Keep us posted, please. Sorry about hijacking this thread.

Back to your regularly scheduled workout!

Would only leave a trail if soft deleted though, if permanently deleted there wouldn't be one. Anyway, yeah, back to post. Will let you know if I spot it again

That book would be worth it though. You could always order it from Amazon and save yourself the hassle.

Pj, what kind of music? (Guitar is actually a really good workout, depending on what kind of music you do.)

      My workout:
7 days a week: play piano. Yes, it's exercise; same with guitar, it strengthens your forearms and hurts like hell if you're trying to do some metal keyboarding...
Couple days a week: trampoline for an hour or two
And that's basically it! I'm pretty lazy... unless friends are over then we'll swordfight.

When at home, I go to the gym every other day doing the same routine:

      Cardio

      10 min Bike
      10 min treadmill
10 min rowing machine (I do this after the strength though, as a warmdown)

      Strength Machines

Triangle Pulldown (back and biceps) 2 sets of 12
Lat Machine (legs) 2 sets of 10
      Ab exercises x40
Bicep curl 2 sets of 10
Tricep curl 2 sets of 10
Pec thing that's hard to use 2 sets of 10
Shoulder thing that's hard to use 2 sets of 10

Iùve been doing it about 3 weeks now, had a noticable effect on my body and on my general fitness. It's just I can't do it in France, I need to find a good workout to do here.

i cant really afford any of that fancy machine stuff, my workout routine is pretty boring, but it gets the job done i think

I also have a day 1 day 2 day 3 type schedual and the fourth day is rest.

Day 1 - Bicept curl, tricept curl (both 5 times over, switching after every set)

Day2 - diffrent kinds of shoulder exercises I don't know the name of, wrist curls (both 5 times over, switching after every set)

Day 3 - Diffrent kinds of push ups aimed at stimulating diffrent muscles in the chest (2 inner 2 outer 1 middle), sit ups, also I do some shoulder lifts to stimulate the traps (all 5 times over, switching after every set)

      Day 4 - Rest

(Note: I do this all with 2 15 pound dumbell weights, I do as many in every set as I can stand to do, however I don't take it to a failing point, except with bicept curl sometimes cause that muscle will loose it's strength as it gets worked)
