I keep my calorie intake under 1300 (for now, then it will go back up once I'm at my goal weight), and I eat about every 3 hours (small meals). I eat a lot of protein and leafy greens, and try to stay away from complex carbs. I'm not much of a meat eater, so I get my protein by eating fish and legumes.

I think most of my weight came off because of the exercise. I walk the kids to and from school, and burn about 150 calories. Then I go on my 4 mile walk (it's really not far) every evening. Every now and then, I'll bust out the treadmill and run for about half an hour. I also do a lot of cruches and sit-ups. And don't forget sex, that burns calories, too.

I'm not really on a "diet". I just cut out a lot of stuff, like my Pepsi.
