      Tell me about E-readers

I'm talking about things like the Nook,Kindle, Sony E-reader etc.

I am thinking of getting one, simply because I love reading;however, I have not read a single book (outside of a school setting) for a long time. I just can't be bothered to order one from a library or one of the small bookstores and wait a week for it. (I live in a small town). I admit I am lazy...

So, like I said, tell me about any E-readers you have, what reading on an
E-reader is like compared to a book, if it is as engrossing etc. and also if there are any "Limewires" for E-books (I'm not talking about really old books, I mean new ones)

I have a Kindle and I love it. The whole point of e-ink is that it looks just like print on paper. I got it because I have a lot of books in PDF format, and I can't stand reading on a computer screen, because that's like staring at a laptop. I bet the iPad sucks for reading for the same reason.
