A few days ago I tried WILD and here's the results. I was staring at the ceiling with my eyes open for about half an hour and the sleepier I got the more scared I got. And finally when I became lucid the texture of the wall slowly changed and yellow lines flew across my face. And I could feel my heart beating so hard that I woke up . Does anybody have any way to be more relaxed and less scared? It would help a lot.
