I'm a fairly heavy smoker, and I saw a forum post saying that nicotine aids LD induction.. naturally this piqued my interest (finally an genuine benefit to smoking!)

I'm wondering if anyone can comment on this; if anyone has found smoking to help or if you just have a link to an article providing information that'd be great too

also, if it does help.. is it important to have a ciggie right before sleep or an hour before or does it not make a difference as long as you have smoked enough during the day?

one more question.. is there a difference in effect between regular fags and roll-ups? (I mostly use rolling tobacco and since the chemical composition is different, I'm wondering if that has any effect on LD)
