Become excited about becoming lucid before bed!!!

I heard that being confident and excited when attempting to lucid dreaming is very important.I found an amazing video on youtube and before I go to bed I watch a part of it then close my eyes and start visualizing while listening to the music.I find it very relaxing and most important it makes me very enthusiastic and confident.Thought you guys might want to give it a try YouTube - Flying in a Lucid Dream

I love watching that vid. Cumulus clouds on a dark blue sky is so beautiful. Flying is one of my main goals, and I can't wait to meet it. I also think excitement helps a great deal, especially if combined with a WBTB.

Well i'ts definitely good to learn how to fly, it's really not that hard but just understand that what's portrayed in that video is for me and it seems like for a lot of other people not a very good representation of what lucid flying is like. It's not just floating through the clouds for me (although it could be of course). Just understand that you will be on the ground and unless you visualize yourself in the clouds then you will be confinded to flying within the perameters of your specific dream scene. Which is rarely a bad thing. just remember that flying will come with the understanding of what it means for their to be no gravity and for flying to be possible. Understanding that limitless of your powers will help you attain anything within a dream. GOOD LUCK! and happy dreaming.
