Thread: What do you do when you're stuck in a recall rut?

Hey guys. So for the past several days I've had pretty poor recall - and the past two days I've remembered no dreams at all.

What do you guys do when you're stuck in a recall rut?

If I can't remember a dream then I just relax in my bed and try as hard to remember ANYTHING and write it down. Sometimes I can only remember a picture or small scene but still write it down. I often remember more of the dream after writing a fragment down.

yeah, I do the same Strawberry Canvas does. Also, for some reason walking outside to my car when its sorta cool in the morning works wonders for jolting my memory awake. I have no idea why

I tried it last night, after barely remembering one dream for the last week. After I tried it, I went to sleep maybe 2 hours later. That night, I remembered 3 dreams from medium to great detail. The guy on the forum explains why it works I you were wondering. Hope I helped
