Hey everyone. I havent had a lucid dream yet but ive been using the WILD tecnique for the past few nights with no results. This is probably becuase ive been falling asleep without realizing it -.- in my head i count "1, im dreaming, 2 im dreaming, 3, im dreaming..." etc. what is a better way to stay awake for me? and im also afraid that i will become too aware and snap out of sleep paralysis. I havent achieved sleep paralysis that i know of |

I've been reading a lot on just WILD technique. I found out that i need to get some sleep before i try it? i never knew that. So now im not sure what to do because my first day of school is tomorrow and i thought that WILD would be an easy way to lucid dream without causing me to lose sleep. |

You need to sleep at least five to six hours before trying a WILD. As far as counting goes, don't change anything. Just continue doing that and try harder to stay aware. |
