      New Lucid Dreaming Aid

After much hard work and experimentation, I've devised a new lucid dreaming aid that has, for me, given me a sudden dramatic increase in the number (and quality) of my lucids. Needless to say, I want to share this approach to see if it will work as well for others (Well, if it works this well for just one other person I'd be happy).

The only problem is, I believe there is a slight chance that using the technique could be dangerous for some people. (I don't have hard evidence, and lots of Google searching has given no indication of dangers).

What is the best way to go from here? Should I post the technique to administrators first to be sure it's safe to post, or should I just post the technique while advising anyone who wants to try the technique to put safety first? Or is there some other way forward?

Look into it just a bit more to make sure, and use something other than google...

Thanks for replying, SN. Do you have any resources in mind?

Well, what type of danger are we talking about? Because if you know exactly why it may be dangerous then you could make the tutorial but put warnings on it.

Thanks Raspberry. I will post my article (it's not a tutorial because I can't know if it will work for others) and add warnings. I'm pretty sure I'm being over-cautious, but time will tell.

      Caution is always good.

What kind of thing are we talking about ? Chemicals ? Foods ? Methods ? I would really like to know your aid, drop me a PM if you don't post it on the forums. If you do, share the link with us.

If he's mentioning possible danger, it's gotta be a supplement. But most OTC supplements used for dream recall and vividness are pretty darned safe.

Just keep moderation in mind and you're pretty much okay. Remember, even wonder B6 can cause serious problems if taken in excess over long periods of time.

Here we go, posted the approach (couldn't decide whether to call it a technique, an aid or an approach):

It's still early days for this approach, but I've been so impressed with my progress in September that I was too excited not to share!
