      Sleep Paralysis And Silence

I don't know if this is just for me..

but the only time i ever get sleep paralysis..
is when there is complete silence..
      like. not even white noise..

so for those of u attempting WILD, don't listen to music or have a fan going or anything,
      that's just my personal experience..

Anyone (who gets sleep paralysis on a regular basis) agree or disagree ?!!?
They say dreaming is dead and noone does it anymore. It's not dead, it's just been forgotten, removed from our language. Nobody teaches it, so nobody knows it exists. .. waking life

i usually get sleep paralysis from short intervals of sleep(like a 1 hour nap,a restless night where im waking up a lot,or just random times).I dont know about complete silence considering ive slept with an electric fan for the past 5 years of my life (i love sleeping in a cold room) and it's so hard for me to fall asleep with out some form of a hum type noise. If it is completely silent though i do go into an especially DEEP sleep where i either wake up super sluggish and still tired,or sometimes with SP.I find though that SP is nothign to worry aobut, scary i know, but just calm your head, take a few deep breaths and try to go back to sleep.
      Lucid dreaming > you

I like silence as well... in fact I put in earplugs when I attempt to WILD as any type of noise distracts me too much.

i dont know exactly what happens to me. it seems when i try the air around me is really "thick" and i start to lose feeling. yesterday i got a pain im my arm really bad but i think that was from working out. also i feel nausea too like ive been spinning in circles or something? so far i cant get all the way there with my body falling asleep first and my mind does. but when i wake up im in a weird position (i have to sleep on my back for doing this for some reason) LIKE SOMEtimes i will have my legs bent in the air kinda. strange

      dude

      OBE is lucid dreaming....
      i used to think it wasn't, I WAS VERY VERY NAIVE. . . .
people seem to think being conscious through the awake to asleep stage, feeling their body shutting down.. paralyzing itself and losing it's sense of gravity is an outer body experience.. it's not...

      you'll realize in time..
They say dreaming is dead and noone does it anymore. It's not dead, it's just been forgotten, removed from our language. Nobody teaches it, so nobody knows it exists. .. waking life

Uhh...yeah....Feeling the body fall asleep is part of my sleeping pattern. Well, even though I saw Disneyland w/my 2 white robed dream friends, & then when I went there, it looked the same, I totally agree w/you that it is just a dream!

U saw disney land, kool, i've had plenty a dream a like,
The mind is a very powerful thing, u could have seen disney land on tv or read about it, or whatever , and your mind just kept a complete grasp on it... .
so that means little to me. ..

to have obe's (if they really are possible) u would have to be extremly enlightened,
      ok ?
If u wanna keep lieing to yourself go ahead,
OBEs would be nothing like Lucid dreaming either,
obes would be as different from lucid dreaming, As the dream world is different to the waking world...
      it's a completly different spectrum,
Half my WILDS start in my room with me getting out of my bed, Sometimes i can look at my bed and see myself, this means nothing... that's just how our minds work, it's not OBE's..
I"m NOT talking about this ne more !!!

Sci-fis differ from LDs by alot, as real time kind of does. I usually don't have a 2nd of me unconscious in an LD, nor do I wear white robes. On the other hand, time is always 100% to real times, scenes never change, & places & events that happen here happen in real time, so sci-fis differ from both real time & LDs.
