i usually get sleep paralysis from short intervals of sleep(like a 1 hour nap,a restless night where im waking up a lot,or just random times).I dont know about complete silence considering ive slept with an electric fan for the past 5 years of my life (i love sleeping in a cold room) and it's so hard for me to fall asleep with out some form of a hum type noise. If it is completely silent though i do go into an especially DEEP sleep where i either wake up super sluggish and still tired,or sometimes with SP.I find though that SP is nothign to worry aobut, scary i know, but just calm your head, take a few deep breaths and try to go back to sleep. |
