      Any tips on remembering to Reality Check?

      I've tried to remember to Reality Check every day, but I hardly do it more than twice.

      I've tried writing an L on my hand,which worked out GREAT like 20RCs a day, but my mom doesn't like the idea of me writing on my hand. Any other ideas?

      Hello Kunfu11

      I have ordered a stylish costume made rubber wrist band. I have written "Am I Dreaming?" It helps me to remember that I have to ask myself whether I am dreaming or not. I ordered mine from wristband with a message check it out. Then it becomes a cool wristband instead of a childish writing on your hand
