I have always wondered about this as I have many third person dreams where I am just watching. Only lucid to the point that I know I'm watching, and can occasionally stir the dream one direction or another, but otherwise just an observer. And they usually have no connection to daily residue. Is this from me or is some kind of dream guide showing me these?
