Only get lucid in WILDS? :/

I have almost only got lucid through WILD. Maybe two times as most, I've been lucid (really lucid) in "normal" dreams at night. I've been trying to do RC's for periods, but it's so tough to remember to always do them. As most, I maybe did about 15/day for 5/6 days. The isn't enough right? But I think it's so tough, I really got the motivasion actually, but I just forget about it and think of other stuff, like school etc.

WILDS are really great, but you know, it's hard to do on regular days when I got school in the morning.

Another thing, when I find myself in a dream after the WILD stages (you know, buzzing in ears, vibrations etc), I get very exited, I try to calm down, but most of the time I still have very unclear dreams. I try to rub my hands, sit down and watch the floor closely. Actually, when I watch the floor close I can see details and so, but then it's blurry again when I stand up. Sometines I get that "legs stuck in the mud" feeling, when I can hardly move, and I don't think I've ever been able to smell.

So, I would like some tips of how to remember to do RCs better or of what I can do instead of RCs to get lucid in the middle of a dream. And, dream control? Because it's not like I wake up, I can have a lucid dream for 5min, but it's still blurry all the way. Im trying to rubb my hands, closely watch something and so on.

      Any help?
      Dreams are cool.. : )

Do you eat dairy b4 you go to sleep, b/c that could be the cause of it. Happens to me. Also, sometimes that can happen. Just be patient, keep trying WILD, & calm down a little.

yeah, but isn't it suppose to be a good idea to eat a little chocolate like around an hour before attempting WILD? since it has a small amount of caffeine that's enough to keep you a little more conscious?

Well, yeah! It just makes it a little foggy, if it is milk chocolate.....Also, it can make you hyper in these cases, too!

      Reality Checks

Don't underestimate RC's. Even if you don't use them as your main tool for getting lucid, they are good to fall back on. There have been several instances when I have been attempting to WILD, lost my concentration, and gained lucidity later on by doing an RC in a dream.
