      No Time Involved

Something I really dont like about having a dream is that once you wake up, you think back on the dream and realize that you never actually spent any real time on it! Or at least thats what happens to me. When ever im LDing i feal like i may have been in it for an hour or less, but I can never recall the experiance with time... Oooh how I wish I could! Dreaming sure is great though.

Does this ever happen to any of you???

Thikn about it though You experienced something you were aware (if you were lucid) you did things, and you remember them... Just because only you experienced it does not mean it did not happen =)

Real exists in only one moment, NOW. If your dreaming, now is also real

and yeah one can have very lengthy dreams and the time in this place only crawls by a few minuts or even seconds.

Yeah I know seri, isn't that strange? I've been trying to figure that one out for ages now. I could sleep for 5 minutes and my dream seemed like it was hours long.

yes an example of this for me is being in the back seat of a car and falling asleep only to keep waking up from the exterior noises and voices..then drift off again each time having what seems like long running dreams in between a few minutes..the opposite can hold true if you have no dream recall at all..you fall asleep for hours aand upon waking you lost time..feels like a few minutes since you went to sleep...When I can,t recall anything upon awakening I think ..what another waisted night of sleeping.

Yeah-i hate it when i've slept like a whole night and not even had a dream, and it feels like i wasted the whole night.

I need a map of your head, translated into English so I can learn to not make you frown.
You’d feel better if you’d vent, put your frustrations into four letter words and let them out on mine, the most weathered ears in town.

only, not having a dream is impossible. Every mamal dreams every time they go through a Rem cycle, which is about 5 times a night on average i think. So u dream roughly 5 times a night, its just how well you develope your dream recall that counts. I was only able to remember all of my dreams in a night only once ever... oh yeah, and cows can only dream when they sleep lying down, heheh. I just thought i had to mention that!
