Got this idea a while ago, but never got around to doing it.

So, writing a dream diary definitely helps in awareness of that part of our consciousness. But what about the daytime?
We all day-dream. Drifting out, losing concentration, losing awareness of the moment. I have noticed that the more I am aware of this drifting out and daydreaming, the better are my chances of being lucid.
Although I never wrote down my daydreams and the places I drift to, I noticed that being aware of it increases my lucidity. I never did reality checks, this is what I always leaned on to become lucid.
So why not write this down as a part of the dream journal and make connections to the dreams? Anyone tried it?
