All experiences portrayed in this game are for entertainment purposes only.
In the real world refrain from using superpowers, obey the laws of physics and be sure to always wear your seatbelt.
I've heard the best times are in the middle of the night after 5 - 6 hours of sleep, and during the day, after being awake for a few hours (nap). It's really hard to WILD right when getting into bed, for one you're not usually in REM at the time, and that's crucial because dreams form during that phase of sleep. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

One can WILD at the start of a regular sleep session simply by utilizing simple visualization techniques. By definition, however, this could be considered a MILD (Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream) I really don't like the acronym MILD as, by definition, a mnemonic is any technique that aids memory. But it is what it is. Try deep relaxation techniques and visualization and you might be able to squeeze out an LD or three. |
