Sleep Positions
- Gravity postition (Sleep with legs elevated)
- Hand Position (Sleep on hands same affect as gravity position)

Methods
-Think about a recent dream you had and while repeating this as you go to sleep. "I know i am dreaming"
- Throughout the day use reality checks every 2 hours everyday, make it a habbit.

Reality Check methods
- Look at the clock look away and check again and if the time is the same you are awake if different then you are dreaming.
- Read something look away look back and if says the same thing you are awake.
- look at caption close eyes and look again and if remains the same you are awake.
- Picture the words reality check written on the wall, if it shows you are dreaming.
- Try running usually when you dream its hard to run.
- Watch tv or look at computer usually they won't come in clearly.
