      Items that trigger lucid dreams and methods.

      Items
      - Mint tea (Relaxant and triggers vivid dreams)
      - Dairy products such as cheese, Milk (More intense dreams)
      - Bananas (Contains b6)
      - Vitamin B6 (Triggers Lucid Dreams)

      Sleep Positions
      - Gravity postition (Sleep with legs elevated)
      - Hand Position (Sleep on hands same affect as gravity position)

      Methods
      -Think about a recent dream you had and while repeating this as you go to sleep. "I know i am dreaming"
      - Throughout the day use reality checks every 2 hours everyday, make it a habbit.

      Reality Check methods
      - Look at the clock look away and check again and if the time is the same you are awake if different then you are dreaming.
      - Read something look away look back and if says the same thing you are awake.
      - look at caption close eyes and look again and if remains the same you are awake.
      - Picture the words reality check written on the wall, if it shows you are dreaming.
      - Try running usually when you dream its hard to run.
      - Watch tv or look at computer usually they won't come in clearly.

      Please post any new methods anyone else has found from there experiences, i would like to hear them.

      Yup those are all extremely good methods that triggers the Lucid Dream.

      I like anything Mechanical about 90% of dreams have some form of hardware failure or then my favorites are Mirrors. Looking in a Mirror is a sure thing that the reflection is never what it should be, which is 100% effective.
