I have been trying to have a LD for 6 months now and having tried pretty much everything ( NLP Hypnotherapy , RCs , external cues ) I went and bought Galantamind( choline+galantamine+b5) as my last resort and took one 4mg galantamind with one 200mg L-theanine at 330AM on WBTB and i went back to bed after 10 minutes with affirmations ; and i just tossed and turned until 10AM ; no sleep whatsoever , and i think i remember drifting into a very non vivid non lucid dream in that what looked like a comatose state of conciousness...This is soooo disappointing especially after reading all the success stories with this supplement and getting nothing but a insomnia and a half assed dream...I am just wondering if anyone out there had similar experiences with Galantamine... |
