Getting past vibrations and staying that way

So ive been trying to WILD for a few nights now, and ive noticed i keep hitting the same speed bumps, i either, a) fall asleep due to the fact i forget my anchor, or b) i do it enough that, that feeling comes over you and then, 'click' my brain automatically focuses on that feeling becaus eits not that natural, i just CANT keep my mind off it and just LET IT HAPPEN, why?

I dont wanna sound like a noob, because ive been lucid stalking for awhile, and ive had a few also, but WILDing, i just cant get to the vibrational stage? Any ideas n tips?

Here's my technique for doing WILDS.

Set you're alarm (or intent) to wake you up early so you only slept 6 hours. Then stay up until you're fully alert. (about 15 minutes) then go back to bed with the full intent on having a WILD.

What I do at that point is while I'm falling asleep I try to recognize any weird non-sense thoughts or images that pop up in my head. Every time I recognize one it increases my awareness to a fully awake level again. But I don't move so my body is still falling asleep at the same rate. I keep doing this until I get to a point were I feel the vibrations.. they fade, then immediately after that I have a lucid dream. Hope this helps dude. This is the best I got. It works pretty well. I don't manage to do it that much because I don't have an alarm.

well dude ive tried 3 times, ALl three succeeded, i would over n over in my mind say, i will wake up in 6 hours, and ON THE DOT, i wake up then, i stay awake 12mins (listening to Really's Ultimate tune) and then try, but just, when i feel that thump feeling come over me, i snap out of the sleeping trance, and focus on the feeling, then it goes away, cause my body goes, AHA! I KNEW IT, I KNEW YOU WERENT GOING TO SLEEP.... :/

If you get excited it messes it up. Gotta stay calm and force yourself to fade into sleep.

yeah, well i literally just tried 5 mins ago, and i know how it happens now. See when i fade into the sleep stage, but just keeping awake, my focus comes really close, so im cross eyed abit, but when that feeling happens, its so sudden that i pick it up and BAM, my focus (like eye focus of depth) changes back to normal which is further out, and then i can no longer focus on the dream, and its lost, i tried all i could 5mins ago, and i got a 3 layer build up of pressure/weight on my head, and then after a long ti eit just faded. I ended up having a 2 hour nap. i tried at least 5 times in between that period... :/, i think i woke up because it got really hot im my room, and i got sick, lol

The point of the thread was how to pass the vibration stage and successfully WILD.

And the point of WILDing is to fall asleep. :V (albeit to fall asleep while conscious, but to fall asleep nonetheless)

Practice meditating perhaps. The "empty" type, where you try to get rid of all thoughts. Disciplines focus and willpower.

Precisely... His post hinted that you do not remain concious, or it did not make the attempt to say otherwise.

But whatever, his English was confusing; I doubt I understand what he was truly trying to say.

That confused me... but then again, most things confuse me.

      ^^^^^^^ Lol.

So i had a lucid dream last night. Unfortunately it wasnt a WILD, but i was going along with the story, or maybe.... Not going along, i was sort of, on the side of the story, chipping in my own things as i went, but then all of a sudden i said to myself, "wait, i know im dreaming? right?" the second that happened, i went into bathroom? yeah i was nowhere near a building, but ok. And i stared at myself in the mirror, to get the detail and stuff to stablize the dream, but (i think its becaus ei read a post someone said that it happened to them) it all got blurry, i looked even close, it all went alil dark. But i think i managed to get it detailed again, then my eyes were all bloodshot, and big, and i think something was wrong with it, and 'mum' came in and had a look at my eye. And from then on, i dont know what happened, i lost lucidness. Damn.

I think next time i wont use the mirror, just touch surfaces and stuff.

Funny how reading forum posts before bed can either make or break a lucid dream xD

      ^^^^^^ lol.

Vibration is part of WILDing, for some there is very soft vibrations, for others its like a freight rain going past you that is 1cm away.

Yeah, ok.. looks like i gotta do this for every new person that joins up,

Lemme get some links, the ones your reading are WRONG. k. Sec.

Mzzkc's WILD Guide - This is by far the best tutorial
BillyBob's WILD Guide - In league with Mzzkc's
Mzzkc's Why you fail at WILD's - Just abit more info.

These three links ALONE, should be sticky'd because everyone elses tutorial (or the ones ive read) are incorrect, and crap.

Cheers mate. - Read every word.

Please don't say that. You really must not have seen many tutorials to say that every tutorial other than those three is "crap"/

You really cannot say that, as you are relatively new yourself.

Don't be afraid to ask. The people who get angry, shouldn't be answering the question in the first place.

Yes i can, im talking specifically about WILDing tutorials, and these should be the very first 3 you read as they clear up so much misread and incorrect information.

Sure im new here, but that doesnt mean i dont learn fast and can know a fair bit within a year's learning?

And the people who get angry, are usually the people that should be answering it, because more then likely they know what they are talking about, but just have said it so many times. I wasn't sleightly frustrated with him, i was with the admin's that dont sticky member threads. Thats all.

P.S Seems like your acting like you know more then me, and our join dates are basically the same? Now i cant help that im stubborn, but thats who i am. :/
Tripoli, mate, hope you have wonderful vivid lucid dreams, and i hope those threads really helped you understand more about WILDing.

if you want a godly WILD link, I'll give it to you:

YouTube - How to induce an Out Of Body Experience - part 1 - Sleep Paralysis

It's a correct guide on inducing SP, and it's a little more straightforward than some other guides. Watch part 2!

I understand that, offering some useful tutorials is fine, but discrediting the work of numerous other people isn't. Especially when you have only accumulated 50 posts.

And NO, I never said or even implied I knew more than you.

The people who get angry are arrogant and obnoxious. If someone find it tedious to answer the questions of people that were once like them, they should find another hobby. Why indulge in doing something that they find strenuous.

P.S. I don't think you're one of these people, I just thought it would be nice to mention.

Yeh this is all true, i guess there are certain crowds. Yeha lol i know i only got 50 posts, lol. Ive read aalloootttttt of threads though, and alot arent very helpful or are incorrect. But hey, everybody can have an opinion. Yeah i guess i should of worded my first post abit better, so i didnt discredit numerous people, but i was discrediting the ones i had read that were in correct :/

      Cheers though.
