      Music and cheese

I'm wondering if there's any kind of music that helps you gain lucidity throughout a dream. I've been listening to the kind of music that changes your brainwaves to the Gamma state, but I can't fall asleep to it. Am I doing something wrong? Should I listen to different kinds of music?

I've heard eating cheese and dairy products help you lucid dream. I always drink milk before bed, I don't mind it. Does this work or is that bull crap?

anything that contain vitamin b6 and b12 will increases your dream vividness and recall and for the song (binaural beat) I'm not sure if it works well (only tried once) but you could just pick a song and decide this is my lucid dreaming song (from now on every time i hear that song i will think about lucid dream) I have done it.
