      I need help with WILD

I tried it for two nights now. First night I went to sleep at 10:30 pm and set my alarm clock at 4. I woke up, read the seeker's post about five stages of WILD that lasted for about 15 minutes went to bed and played tennis on my mobile phone for about 15 minutes. Then tried doing WILD and nothing I tried saying 1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming... but my mind wonders of and nothing I just fell a sleep. No HI just a slight numb feeling but no SP. The second night I went to sleep 1 am woke up at 4:30 again I did the same thing but this time I couldn't fall asleep maybe because I had a nap. Again the numb feeling kicked in but again my mind wondered and again no HI or anything. Somebody help me please I'm willing to try it for maybe 2 more nights than I quit. I just hate waking up in the middle of the night!!

      Thanks!!

      Hey
I see you are eager to become lucid right away. But just to have said this, there are no short cuts. Some of us have been trying to WILD for years. And the only thing we can do if we wake up without an LD is to continue going on. What you are dealing with is a fight against natures. And that takes practice and dedication. But with time and alot of failures(which you learn alot from), or ways to "not do it" on as Thomas Eddison said it, you will suceed and be very good at it to.
Try to practice concentration during the day, and stick to one technique while attempting. Just keep it up.
