      8+ LD's + my method of induction

Lets start from the start so it was 9:10 I was watching T.V in bed I decided that I should let my legs & right arm go into SP (sleep paralysis) since my left hand was changing the channels on T.V I stayed still for about hour it was 10:15 I was tired & hungry so I got me a cracker went to bed.
Then I knew I was dreaming as soon as I entered lucky I was fucken lucid otherwise it would have been a scary nightmare I was in this house It was night the lights werent on
so I turned the light on I was like WTF because the light was very dim when I turned it on I was with this other person we escaped the house we ran but the street keep taking us back around to the house this was when I began to loose my lucidty so I used my five sense I rubbed my hands I licked the ground surprisingly it tasted like concrete lol I smelt I tryed to hear but it was quiet I gained full lucidty this huge man came out of the house I hid he shouted at the other kid while that was happening I was trying to summon a small massaging ball so I could have it in my hand to keep my brain active I threw it to the kid then I woke up I knew I was awake I was blinking you wouldnt see that in a dream then I closed my eyes I was still tired yet my dream scene was getting created before my eyes it was amazing it wasnt exactly like seeing a cup then seeing the cup on the table it was different I could feel myself being in a dream. I remember one part where my real eye was open while I was in the dream it was wierd & everytime I keeped wondering about my real body not dream body I would nearly loose concisnous

Anyway I could tell more but theres so much I would have to right here was my way of induction

this has worked 3 times for me but Im not sure if it will work for you remember everyones different it varies

      First
Before going to be atleast have sometime before sleeping (1-3hrs) to do a SP but don't goto sleep the best time would be an hr before you go to bed

      Second
      Do the normal way
      you know count your breath
Imagine a lighter burning forever (I can't I keep thinking a monster will come out at me lol)
      easy...

      also heres a tip
Banana's & peanut butter will give you a better dream recall & dreams will be more vivid

I'm getting stuck at the spontaneous "do a SP" an hour before bed on the couch part of your process

Well if you have a T.V in your room you could watch that
If you have a laptop then you should lie in bed playing on that
      PSP,DS,Phone
also get some motivation it really helps
Im kinda a pro of chaining dreams
I chained a dream that went on for 1hr30mins+ just by dream spinning
but this was different & if you dont know what SP is its Sleep Paralysis
