I've found a really simple method to have very vivid dreams.

If you want to be able to have very vivid dreams, go here and scroll down untill you see something called "The Gravity Position". It's helped me to get better/improved sleep and really vivid dreams.

      http://www.energybreath.com/Pages/brain2.html

go there. . .and if that position works for you (might take a few days, but it happened instantly for me), you should seriously think about getting a book or two from Win Wenger. The one that I'm reading right now is The Einstein Factor, and I plan on getting Beyond Ok.

After reading that, I think I know why I had some very vivid dreams some nights... Usually I sleep with a packed up robe under my feet, which in turn makes them kind of propped up. Most of the nights I had it in that position I had very vivid dreams, sometimes even lucids....I might try doing that again...
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

That's interesting, although I'm not sure if I could stay in that position too long and still be comfortable. I might try it anyway though.

It sounds like it's worth a try!

Do you lie in that position for 10-15 minutes, or all night?

I sleep w/ my clothes all piled on my bed and I've noticed that after I've done my laundry my dreams are enhanced due to the mound of linens accumulated...no joke. I'm not lying flat, or prone, but more like if I was asleep on a hillside...but made of clothes. -Torch

      Method?

Master_debator, how do you do this position while you sleep? Do you not sleep with a pillow under your head and with a bunch under your legs? I mean, in the picture, it uses a chair, but you obviously can't use that in bed...

Wow, you really have to try this position! I tried it out of curiosity the last two days, by resting my feet on my bed, and actually found it a really comfortable (but weird) way to go to sleep for my afternoon naps. Yesterday when I tried it it was good, and i was gettin some good HI and HS then when i got up i waited for a while and felt really fresh and started writing more of my novel really well.

Today i tried it and had a nice nap, and ended up with a three second lucid at the end, which is pretty good seeing as i haven't been trying for lucidity for about 3 months. I'm gonna try it tomorrow and actually try for lucidity and see what happens.

I can see putting some stuff under you lags while you sleep. I don't think you would sleep like the picture though. Might as well be hanging upside down while you sleep.

I tired that position last nite by shoving some pillows under my legs. I tried for a WILD and for some reason (it could be the position or just coinsidence) I felt really relaxed in my mind and I had some brilliant dreams which I could remember clearly when I woke up this morning.
I didnt go Lucid, unfortunately, but my recall seems to have improved. I'll try again tonight

Well, my recall still isnt back (gone for liek 3 weeks now), and I was not lucid, but considering I did an all nighter recently, i had extremely refreshing sleep. I dont think it was coincidence, though. Nice.
