Depends on each dream. I've had some LDs that seemed very real and lasted 10+ minutes, others that were completely insane and my sense of time was different and many many that were less than 30 secs.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

both usually. Usually dream time is about the same.

Lately I've been doing this thing where I chain LDs together. When I notice I'm going to wake up I lie completely still and fall back asleep after <30 sexs. I've been able to LD for about 45 minutes a few times and it seems like I'm dreaming for about 2-3 hours. Really should try to get better at this, gonna get back on it tonight, fuck school.

Lucid dreams feel as real as I feel typing this now... but they are notoriously short. They will last longer once you learn to become emotionless(very hard to do). My best advice to to practice relaxation technique while visualizing. WILD's are easier then MILD's. DILD's to me are just a product of self awareness and, more often then not, occur randomly. Reality Checks (RC) can improve the chances however. Good luck!

The longest they normally can last is about 30 minutes. Sometimes dreams become unstable though if you go against the flow of the dream and cause you to wake up.
Try this: When in a dream do not focus on anything that has to do with the waking world. It is very tempting to compare the two while in a dream. Don't think about waking life. Do not think about how you are actually sleeping in bed. Just stay aware of which reality you are currently in, the dream reality.
The dream reality is very real. Even if you do not remember your dreams the emotion of the events that happened in your dreams carries into waking life.
Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
