How do i wake up after every dream??

I'm trying to deild and i wanna know how to wake up after every dream.............

DEILD looks promising so.... well... yeah.

Also, how do i not move when awakening.

I'm trying auto suggestion but if there are any other ideas i'd be greatful

First, you have to be aware enough in the dream to realize that the dream is ending that way, you will remember not to open your eyes or move.

You can also train yourself to recognize the back of your eye lids by staring into them while awake for a couple of minutes. That way even if your not aware enough to realize your dream is ending, when you wakeup and see the backmof your eye lids you will realize, "ok I just woke up don't open your eyes or move."

Another way would be to make a MILD statement out of it (something along the lines of "I will stay still, ""I will keep my eyes closed" or a combination of the two.) I haven't really tried fully to do it lately, except when I'm exiting an LD. When I was trying harder earlier, I repeated that sort of statement to myself through the day and as I went to bed as best I can. I actually managed to do a good job of waking up throughout the night as a result, or noticing those wakings at least. I would suggest that, and I would still suggest an alarm clock. Do you have a phone you could use as one? How do you wake up normally?

Regardless, in my experience those were way harder to accomplish rather than finishing a dream where you became lucid by other means and telling yourself not to move as the dream ends. I've had much more success with that (probably 3 or 4 times where I've DEILDed 3 or 4 times each). Just reinvision the last scene you saw as you wake up, and you should have success. I find these easier to do with WILDs rather MILDs too.

I'm no expert, so try my advice and see if it helps, but maybe some more experienced members will continue to post as well.

yeah, I've had a DEI-NON-LD

So that means i've done it b4

and when i did it i began to question the dream world much more

nono, throughout the day, i was like (in my head and whispering) "I will awaken from my dreams without moving, without opening my eyes either" And when i fall asleep i will say it, but not when i wake up, cause then u can't DEILD cause you'll forget your dreams.

no, I got a DEI-NON-LD because i woke up without moving, but i wanted to go back to sleep, so i recalled my dream and POOF, i was in it. This was like 2 weeks ago

THIS made me wake up 3 times during the night...
