      Binaural Beats

      I know this thread as been brought up before.. but there weren't any good responses...

      anyone have some binaural beat files that they can possibly share?

      something with Theta waves, which are good for deep meditation, HI, and REM, or so i've heard

      I think all my binaural beats are copyrighted, so I couldn't post them on the forum There are a lot of them on youtube, here's a good channel

      You can also try Brainwave Generator to make your own, they won't have any music over them though so it is kind of bland.

      *Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
      *There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
      *Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
