Very usefull Hypnosis video before sleeping

I sometimes have problems falling to sleep because of the mind chatter that goes on and thought of LD, and find the i fall sleep when the mind chat stops for little while and i came across this video and watched it and after it made my mind very clear and calm and slept straight away and had 2 LDs.

I think all these videos are just placebos if I'm totally honest. I used to have incredible mind chatter going on but learnt to quiet it by myself.

Hypnotist here. You're completely right. In fact, that's all hypnosis is; means to a mega-placebo. You allow yourself to go into a more suggestible state, then BAM. Hands sticking to objects, forgetting your name, hallucinations, stopping smoking, etc. all accomplished by this mega-placebo made possible by hypnosis.

Hypnotic autosuggestion is very useful for falling asleep. You basically relax, visualize something relaxing, and begin a countdown where each step you deepen your relaxation. Once you've reached the end of the countdown you can start repeating the sleep mantra until you fall asleep. With each repetition you should breathe in and out slowly.

I have been using this technique to fall asleep, and I have been able to fall asleep very, very quickly compared to my usual 90+ minutes of laying in bed. I honestly don't know how long it took me last night, probably 15 minutes. I think this could be used to induce LDs, and at least enter a WILD quickly and reliably. However, most people will probably need to make up their own imagery to get good results. I stole mine from a wikihow article, and they seemed to work well.
