Congratulations on the LD |

Hey everyone, I'd like to thank the great staff here and the people that set up and run this amazing site! I would've taken days to put together all the material in my head to be able to do this! I had my first Lucid Dream this Friday night, had to say it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It only took a few days. I just wanted to announce it like most people have, and to just give thanks to all. |

Thank you for the links! This will be quite helpful! |

no problem, and here is a future tip, if you are wanting to find something on here, I never use the search function on this site because it never helps me Dx just use google search and type "dreamviews" at the end, I find that the most beneficial way to search things on this site xD so that is just a little thing, but you can search with whatever you want if you, well, want to xD |

Yeah, that search bar came up with some very interesting topics, of course none of them got me where I needed. The advice has been taken, and will be put into place! xD |

Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that the unconscious has two parts: One which belongs to the individual and one which is collective and comes from all of humankind. It is this theory that, when extrapolated, lends credence to the idea that if a dog in China learns to do a standing back flip then a dog in New Jersey will subconsciously know he can do the same thing. The collective unconscious holds universal ideas, abilities and desires. Further, Jung believed that our dreams can contain images from both the personal and the collective unconscious. If one subscribes to Jung's theory then the concept of shared dreaming might seem possible. I have not attempted this myself as it takes two willing (and enlightened) partners to even make the attempt. Maybe someday... |

The idea makes complete sense, and as I get this LD'ing concept down, I'd more than willing to team up with you or anyone else to tackle this. |
